Parent Resource Library

It hasn’t been all that long ago that a copy of Dr. Spock was a parent library – nothing else was available. Parents today have so many books to chose from, their children could be adults before they read them all!

Parents visiting the Families First centers located in Coahoma and DeSoto counties will find a thoughtfully selected collection of the best in the Parent Resource Library.  These libraries also contain a variety of other resources.

One of the most popular is the Child Care Support Center housed in each center.  Parents and caregivers can select age appropriate activities from the books and use available equipment and supplies to create make-and-take learning games.
